Best Buy’s Pixel 11 open-box deals reach $580 off, while Google’s Home Speaker drops to $80 and early Fire TV Stick deals start at $20.

Early Black Friday pricing is already doing more than shaving a few dollars off accessories. Best Buy has cut Google’s Pixel 11 phones by as much as $580 on “excellent” open-box units, while Amazon’s new Fire TV Stick 4K has reached $25. The spread is wide today: there’s also a $600 Dell XPS 13, Nothing audio gear from $20, and a new low on Google’s Home Speaker. Here’s what stands out in the 9to5Toys Lunch Break.
The 2026 Google Home Speaker has hit an all-time low, with its first notable cash discount. The bigger headline, though, may be Best Buy’s Pixel 11 series price cuts: new phones are discounted, and “excellent” open-box models go up to $580 off. The lineup includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
Elsewhere, early Fire TV Stick offers start at $20, Dell’s XPS 13 is down to $600 as a MacBook Neo alternative, and Nothing gear starts at $20. The deals are arriving ahead of Black Friday itself, so the question is how much lower prices will go—and whether waiting will pay off.

Best Buy’s Pixel 11 open-box prices reach $580 off
Google’s early Black Friday discounts cover more than phones. The new Home Speaker is at its lowest price so far, while new Pixel 11 models are discounted by $200 to $350 and Pixel Watch 5 models are $100 off. Best Buy’s “excellent” open-box listings push the phone savings further, with discounts reaching $580. That’s a substantial cut, though open-box buyers should weigh the lower price against buying a new device.

Fire TV Stick sales begin early, with the new 4K model at $25
Amazon hasn’t announced the official start date for its Black Friday event, though it appears the early offers are already underway. There’s a first discount on its new Alexa Android Tablet, and Fire TV Stick prices are falling too. The newest model has reached an all-time low: $25.
The standout is the new 4K model, which comes with an upgraded remote and costs $24.99, with Prime shipping. It launched last month at $60, then dropped to $30 for an initial 50% discount. At $25, it’s now 58% below launch price and at the lowest price tracked so far. Whether it falls further later this month is still an open question.
Details on the device are in our launch coverage. Other Fire TV deals are available if you’d prefer a different model:
- New Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K: $25 (Reg. $60)
- Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Select: $22 (Reg. $50)
- Amazon Fire TV Stick HD: $20 (Reg. $40)

Dell XPS 13 falls to $600 in early Black Friday sale
Best Buy has cut several of Dell’s latest XPS 13 configurations. The entry model, with a 3K touchscreen, is $599.99 shipped, or $200 below its current $800 price. It launched at $700 before Dell raised prices across the XPS range, so this deal is also $100 below launch and a new all-time low.
The XPS 13 has been pitched as a Windows alternative to Apple’s MacBook Neo. At roughly $600, the comparison gets more interesting for anyone looking for a compact touchscreen laptop. A higher-spec 16GB/512GB configuration is also at a new low, $999.99 shipped.
The featured 13.4-inch XPS 13 pairs an Intel Core 5 Series 3 320 processor with 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, alongside a 3K touchscreen in Dell’s compact chassis. Compared with the base MacBook Neo, it offers twice the storage and a touchscreen. Buyers who need more memory can look at the Core Ultra 7 Series 3 model, which has 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and a 2.5K touchscreen. Dell describes that configuration as a more capable Copilot+ PC for multitasking.
Several Microsoft Surface Laptops are discounted as well:
- Microsoft 13.8-inch 2K touchscreen Surface Laptop, Snapdragon X2 Plus/16GB/512GB $1,200 (Reg. $1,600)
- Microsoft 15-inch 3K touchscreen Surface Laptop, Snapdragon X2 Elite/16GB/512GB $1,500 (Reg. $1,800)
- Microsoft 15-inch 3K touchscreen Surface Laptop, Snapdragon X2 Plus/16GB/512GB $1,400 (Reg. $1,700)
- Microsoft 15-inch 3K touchscreen Surface Laptop, Snapdragon X2 Elite/16GB/1TB $1,900 (Reg. $2,200)
